Returns

Everybody changes their mind. If you don’t want to keep the Origo products you received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as indicated in Art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

For the return procedure to be successful, it is necessary that the request is sent within 14 days and that the products are still sealed during the verification that we will carry out once we receive the goods back.

You must take care to return the goods carefully packed (you can reuse the packaging in which you received them if you have kept it), to the address: Via della Consortia 2, 37127 Verona VR, Italy.

Shipping costs will be borne by the sender.

Refunds

Once the return procedure is completed and the condition of the goods has been verified, you will be refunded the amount paid for the returned product(s), using the same method you used for payment.

The refund will be made within 2 working weeks from the acceptance of the return by Origo.
