Yes, they are! Our products are completely natural because we only use ingredients of natural origin.

We are very proud to say that yes, our products are vegan. We love animals and want to protect and respect them. The plant world is rich, full of powerful ingredients and Super Foods so why not be Vegan? 😉

Your skin is unique and we believe that to treat it, it is important to choose a combination of products specifically for it and to change them over time as your skin’s needs change, even in response to treatment. All Origo products are safe during pregnancy, with the exception of Tea Tree Oil, which, as a pure essential oil, should not be used during pregnancy. For more information, however, we advise you to consult your gynaecologist, showing him the INCI of the product you wish to purchase.

50% of our bottles are made of recycled PET, which is a recycled and recyclable plastic.

The remaining bottles will be replaced in 2021, with glass bottles and tubes made from sugar cane. Stay tuned!

Once you have opened your Origo product, you can use it for 6 months, as indicated by the symbol of an open jar on the product label. In any case, we recommend that you use it within the first few months of opening it, in order to benefit from the freshness of its ingredients.

Absolutely not! Fortunately, there is Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council that prevents animal testing. No cosmetic products that can be purchased in Europe can be tested on animals.

Practical questions

Your parcel will be dispatched in between 2 days and 2 weeks.

This is because we have chosen to work with small production batches in order to guarantee the freshness of all the ingredients used, and it may happen that your product is still in the production phase when you place your order.

The tracking number is generated when your parcel is dispatched, which can be between 2 days and 2 weeks after the order has been completed.

Remember to check the Spam section of your inbox as well, as it can happen that emails automatically generated by the courier are mistakenly redirected there.

The shipping cost is € 6.00 for orders of less than € 50.00, and is free for orders above that.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, but once you have received your parcel, you can always start the Return procedure and ask for a Refund, provided that the goods are still sealed and intact.

Always remember to carefully check the package for obvious damage when it is delivered to you, and if this is the case, to accept the package from the courier with reservation, so that you can request that the product to be replaced if the goods inside are actually damaged.

In the event of damaged goods, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the package by writing to customerservice@origo-skincare.it.

We will give you instructions on how to proceed to request a replacement product.
